1. Use your real account
Do not impersonate another creator, organisation or representative; share verification credentials; create duplicate identities to evade limits; or submit a social account you do not control.
2. Publish authentic work
Submit original content or content you are authorised to use. Do not buy or automate views, recycle another person's post, falsify insights, conceal sponsorship disclosures required by law or misrepresent where a post was published.
3. Keep content lawful and safe
Do not fund or submit content that is illegal, exploitative, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, dangerously deceptive, privacy-invasive or designed to facilitate fraud. Do not expose another person's private identity or financial information.
4. Respect intellectual property
Campaign assets must be supplied with the rights needed for the brief. Creators must have the rights to music, footage, images and other material in a submission. A rights complaint can pause a campaign, submission or payout while evidence is reviewed.
5. Brands must write reviewable briefs
Requirements must be specific, lawful and visible before a creator joins. A brand cannot reject approved work for an unstated preference or demand off-platform work as a condition of releasing Clippit earnings.
6. Enforcement and appeal
Clippit may remove content, limit features, hold an affected money action, close a campaign or suspend an account in proportion to the issue. The product must provide the reason and the applicable correction, appeal or dispute route.
